  兖矿集团是以煤炭、煤化工、电解铝及机电成套装备制造、金融投资等为主业的省属国有企业。兖州矿区开发建设始于1966年，1976年7月成立兖州矿务局，1996年3月整体改制为国有独资公司，1999年5月成立兖矿集团。Yankuang Group Co., Ltd. is an extra-large Provincial State-Owned-Enterprise (SOE) mainly engaged in coal mining & sales, coal chemical industry, electrolytic aluminum, machinery manufacturing and financial investment. The mining area commenced development in 1966; and Yanzhou Coal Mining Bureau was established in July 1976.
